I am sure there are sites out there with it, but I guarantee that it is illegal and you are really risking a $100,000 fine for taking it. Just a quick note on copyright information. As I know for a fact that the PTO music is copyrighted (as I own it), copyright lasts for the life of the copyright holder + 40 years after that. Since Andrew Lloyd Webber is the holder of the copyright, and he is definetely still alive, the copyright is still active, and any "free" versions of it are illegal. Go pay for it. You can buy the music for alto sax for like $6.95 or similar prices. I just did a quick search on www.jwpepper.com and it was there. Your local music store can order it too for about the same price.
